MOLPLIUS LLC ("Molplius", "we") provides taxi and passenger transport, transport support, car rental, motorcycle sales and service, auto parts retail, computer repair, IT consulting and wholesale trade. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Passengers
Name, phone, pick-up and drop-off addresses and time. Trip records are kept for 6 months for dispute resolution and safety.
3. Car rental customers
Passport and driving licence details, contacts, deposit and payment data, rental contract. Rental cars may have GPS trackers to locate the vehicle in case of theft or breach of contract; customers are informed in the contract.
4. Workshop and parts customers
Contacts, vehicle details, VIN and service history.
5. Computer repair
Devices may contain personal data. Our technicians access only what the repair requires, never copy user files, and wipe drives only with the customer's written consent.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (transport, tax), legitimate interests (safety, vehicle security).
7. Recipients
Insurers, payment providers, police in case of incidents, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Trip records: 6 months.
- Rental contracts: 3 years.
- Service history: as long as the customer is active.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
